Welcome Back!

Tuesday, September 7th is our first day back! We are so excited to welcome you and your family back to school. Remember to do a daily health check before dropping your child off in the morning. Tuesday is also a half day (see below for times) and civvies day (no uniforms).

Please drop off your child in the morning once a staff member has approached your vehicle. The staff member will let you know which class your child(ren) are in and then the students will proceed to their classrooms. New children will be escorted to their classrooms by a staff member. Teachers will be in their classrooms waiting to welcome your child(ren) to a new school year.
You will be given a coloured card with your last name printed on it. Please put this card in the passenger side window of your vehicle when picking up your child. If you leave your vehicle take your card with you so staff can call your children’s names. You do not have your coloured card at this point, but please be patient. They will be sent home with your child on Tuesday.

If your last name starts with A-M:

Drop-off time: 8:15 – 8:30 am | Pick-up time: 11:30 – 11:45 am

If your last name starts with N-Z: 

Drop-off time: 8:30 – 8:45 am | Pick-up time: 11:45 am – 12:00 pm

Please do not leave your vehicle in the drop-off lane. Do not block the pick-up area if you come before your appointed time. There is plenty of parking available. You can pick up your child in the area near the cross walk. We will call your children’s names and they will meet you at your vehicle or in the area near the cross walk.

Our goal is to move back to a regular drop-off and pick-up system and will review our protocols on a monthly basis.
