Summer Reading Challenge

Summer Reading Challenge

Just because you had to return your library books doesn't mean you need to stop reading!!!

You can read all summer long by going to your local public library, borrowing books from friends, or purchasing books from new and used book stores.

Rules:
  1. Keep track of all the books you read this summer. Use a reading log from the public library or make your own. Bring it to Mrs. Lovering in September.
  2. Have your parent or guardian send in photo of you reading this summer. Are you reading in a tent, on a mountain, or in a tree?
    Send photos to sjklibrary@cisnd.ca
  3. Have fun reading!

Prizes will be awarded in September.

Have a great summer!

Mrs. Lovering

PS...

You can even join the Okanagan Regional Library's summer reading club. More information can be found here: http://www.orl.bc.ca/kids-teens/kids/summer-reading-club
